About The Position

The specialist will be responsible for improving workflows, executing marketing campaigns, managing client relationships from lead to close, and providing data-driven insights to support business planning and expansion. The position also involves exploring new market opportunities and partnerships. The company is looking for someone with experience in scaling small businesses, a strong background in operations and marketing, and comfort with AI tools. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills. Successful candidates will be added to a talent pool for future client placements.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting or scaling a small business
  • Strong background in operations + marketing
  • Comfortable using AI tools to solve real business problems
  • Confident communicator (written + verbal)
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Background in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial services
  • Experience with tools like QuickBooks, Monday.com, Google Workspace, or DocuSign
  • Experience in SOP development, process design, or operational consulting

Responsibilities

  • Audit and optimize workflows across client onboarding, service delivery, and internal operations.
  • Develop and document SOPs to support scalability.
  • Implement automation using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, Make).
  • Improve hiring, onboarding, and team management processes.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and outreach.
  • Manage and update the company website (content, SEO, performance).
  • Handle inbound leads and conduct sales calls through closing.
  • Identify upsell opportunities to expand client services.
  • Explore new services, partnerships, and market opportunities.
  • Support business planning, expansion, and profitability initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven insights on pricing, operations, and resource allocation.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Owner on key decisions.
