About The Position

Reddit is seeking a Revenue Growth & Strategy Lead to design, execute, and optimize advertising incentive programs. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth and shaping advertiser behavior as the business scales. The position is both strategic and operational, requiring collaboration with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Product teams, with direct access to senior leadership. The lead will primarily own incentives and jointly own the monetization of Reddit’s premium reach Takeover products.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in strategy & operations, sales operations, management consulting, finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience designing or operating incentive, pricing, or promotional programs that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Proven track record of building and scaling cross-functional programs from the ground up
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking - able to translate ambiguous problems into clear frameworks, build ROI models, and derive insights from complex data sets
  • Excellent program management skills with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on time
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product
  • Strong commercial judgment - able to evaluate incentive requests against ROI and guardrails, and make disciplined decisions that protect revenue quality and margin

Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve incentive programs to drive incremental revenue, acquisition, and retention.
  • Establish clear frameworks for incentive eligibility, targeting, and guardrails, ensuring alignment with sales behavior and go-to-market priorities.
  • Manage planning, timelines, and cross-functional coordination for all incentive programs.
  • Oversee intake, review, and approval workflows for timely and consistent execution.
  • Set and maintain an operating cadence for tracking progress, surfacing risks, and driving accountability.
  • Ensure seamless rollout and adoption of incentive programs across sales teams.
  • Simplify program structures and messaging for ease of understanding and use in deals.
  • Lead the development of a centralized incentives workflow, including Salesforce integration.
  • Standardize the creation, approval, tracking, and reporting of incentives.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reduce operational overhead.
  • Define and enforce approval frameworks, budget tracking, and auditability for all incentive programs.
  • Partner with Finance and Legal on compliance, accounting treatment, and risk mitigation.
  • Improve visibility into incentive utilization and prevent budget leakage.
  • Define success metrics and measurement frameworks to assess incrementality and ROI.
  • Analyze program performance, identify improvement opportunities, and iterate on program design.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and RevOps on incentive initiatives.
  • Drive alignment on priorities and trade-offs, and support leadership with reporting on incentive performance.
  • Support monetization of premium reach Takeover products by shaping pricing, packaging, and discounting frameworks.
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive sell-through and operational rigor for premium products.
  • Analyze demand and performance, refine rate cards and guardrails, and ensure consistent execution for sales teams.
