About The Position

The Growth Account Executive is a strategic role responsible for driving significant expansion within our existing client base, specifically targeting the hospitality and light industrial sectors. After initial deals are closed by Inside Sales, you will take ownership of the accounts to accelerate platform adoption and implement self-serving models that allow clients to scale independently. Success is measured by the speed and efficiency of account growth and the deepening of client engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of proven success in account management, business development, or growth-focused roles.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, ZoomInfo).
  • Familiarity with real-time tools such as Slack, Monday.com, Miro, and Zoom
  • Ability to leverage technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in staffing, HR tech, or workforce solutions is preferred, particularly with hospitality or light industrial clients.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and expansion by proactively identifying and securing opportunities to expand services into new departments, locations, or business lines within assigned accounts.
  • Lead the transition of accounts from Inside Sales to accelerate onboarding and realize immediate value.
  • Actively promote platform features and deliver training to ensure high levels of client utilization and independence.
  • Develop strategies that empower clients to use the Indeed Flex platform autonomously, reducing reliance on manual support.
  • Conduct regular, high-impact client reviews (virtual and on-site) to align on business goals and share industry best practices.
  • Partner with Operations, Product, and Marketing to relay client feedback and influence future product development.
  • Collaborate with temporary workforce team leaders to understand on-the-ground needs and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Monitor platform engagement data and performance KPIs to generate actionable insights and progress reports.
