The Group Tour Travel Planner works directly with our travel partners to plan and coordinate memorable group vacations, including cruises, land tours, accommodations, transportation, and excursions. Requirements
- Previous experience in the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience with cruises and land tours.
- Experience planning and coordinating group travel.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Enthusiastic, professional, and passionate about travel.
- Enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate group travel, including cruises, land tours, accommodations, transportation, and excursions.
- Work directly with travel partners and vendors to build and manage memorable group vacations.
- Manage multiple trips and projects at once while meeting deadlines.
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the planning and booking process.
- Other duties as required.
