About The Position

Provide guest service and serve as the initial contact person for bus groups. Serve as host for Jackpot Junction bus trips, sharing casino-wide promotions and entertaining guests through planned activities. Assume responsibility for guest tracking via Crystal Reports in the Oasis system. Engage in telemarketing. Serve as the initial contact person for RV Park guests seasonally, utilizing Campground Manager software. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate persons. Handle Promo Play distribution via Personal Banker in the Oasis system. Adhere to the Tour & Travel dress code. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must possess valid Minnesota drivers license. (Applicants with an out-of-state drivers license must obtain Minnesota license within 30 days of hire.)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of general office procedures.
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment.
  • Able to drive company-owned vehicles to transport guests.
  • Able to adhere to all department and company policies and procedures.
  • Guest service-oriented.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Neat, professional appearance.
  • Self-motivated and dependable.
  • Positive, energetic attitude.
  • Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
  • Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of travel and/or sales experience preferred, but not required.
