About The Position
Make a meaningful impact in a residential setting where clients come to heal, grow, and rebuild their lives. Located in Raymond, IL, Lincoln Recovery is a mission-driven, privately owned treatment center offering mental health and dual-diagnosis care. We’re seeking a Licensed Therapist who is passionate about client-centered work and who will facilitate therapeutic mental health group programming.
Requirements
- Active IL license: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (required).
- Experience with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.
- Strong group facilitation skills and clinical judgment.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Responsibilities
- Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducation.
- Support crisis intervention and stabilization.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide client progress.
- Complete documentation accurately and on time.
