About The Position

We utilize a modern telehealth model to provide client-centered, culturally responsive care across Illinois through our licensed therapists and psychiatric nurse practitioners. We are seeking a licensed therapist (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) licensed in Illinois to join our expanding remote team. This position involves providing individual therapy to adults, teens, or young adults facing various mental health challenges. Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted license as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Illinois.
  • Skilled in treating common concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or life transitions.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
  • Committed to compassionate, ethical, and evidence-informed care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy via secure telehealth to a diverse caseload.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapy, or EMDR.
  • Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other clinicians to coordinate care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using a HIPAA-compliant EHR.
  • Participate in team consults and optional continuing education opportunities.
