About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join its dynamic Commercial team as a Group Sales Manager. As a crucial member of our sales team, you will lead sales efforts within your assigned market by maintaining and building strategic relationships, generating brand awareness through targeted outreach, and working closely with our commercial team to secure and confirm group business required to meet budgeted sales goals.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Group Sales experience with Luxury hotel experience
  • Ability to evaluate business opportunities, understand hotel needs, and sales strategies with overall revenue goals
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have work authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Drive and deliver group sales within assigned markets by creating a direct sales plan and strategic outreach that builds and cultivates a refined portfolio of key accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial leadership to secure group business and drive revenue, while coordinating all sales activities and negotiating agreements that maximize profitability and align with exceptional guest expectations.
  • Expand brand presence within corporate, incentive, and association markets through strategic travel and personalizing client engagements.
