The coordinator will also accommodate special requests, answer property-related questions, and utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue. Key duties include communicating VIP reservation information, inputting and accessing data in the reservation system, and resolving challenges with rooming requests. The position also involves overseeing the accuracy of room blocks and reservations, inputting group rooming lists, adjusting room blocks, maintaining organized files, and setting up billing accounts according to Accounting policies.
