The position is responsible for short and long-term planning, managing front and back-of-house operations, and developing budgets and marketing plans. Key areas of responsibility include Banquet/Catering Operations, Restaurant, Coffee Shop, Room Service, and Lounge. The Director will also participate in the Hotel Executive Committee and manage human resources within the division, including recruitment, training, and employee development.
