Overview The Senior Product Manager, Payments Journey, is responsible for the end-to-end optimization of the member payment experience—from initial sign-up and checkout through ongoing retention and billing. This leader ensures every step of the payments journey is seamless, secure, and tailored to diverse global markets, directly driving Netflix’s growth, revenue, and customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in driving significant revenue growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency. By owning the full payment lifecycle, this leader delivers a best-in-class, adaptable experience that is effortless and secure, empowering Netflix's global expansion and supporting the company’s most ambitious growth goals. This role is based in our Los Gatos (preferred) or Los Angeles offices in a hybrid model. This role can also be based remotely on the West Coast. Travel will be required if remote-based.
