About The Position

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Corporate Controlling, you contribute to the production, analysis, and development of the Group’s consolidated financial reporting. You ensure the reliability of performance indicators, the quality of financial analyses, and compliance with governance standards and requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and consolidation methods (full consolidation, proportional consolidation, equity method);
  • Solid understanding of financial accounting and analysis of consolidated financial statements ;
  • Proficiency in analyzing key financial KPIs and consolidated cash flow statements ;
  • Knowledge of legal obligations and governance rules applicable to public limited companies ;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and presentation skills ;
  • High level of rigor, attention to detail, and reliability in deliverables ;
  • Ability to document and justify analyses and methodologies used ;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders (accountants, consolidation specialists, controllers, Group interfaces, etc.) ;
  • High level of confidentiality, autonomy, and ability to work in a demanding environment with tight reporting cycles.
  • Master’s degree (Bac+5 / Master 2) in Finance, Controlling, or equivalent.
  • 5 to 8 years of professional experience in consolidated financial reporting and/or IFRS consolidation ;
  • Experience gained in an audit firm, a multi-subsidiary group, or an international environment ;

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within a listed company or a highly demanding financial reporting environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and coordinate the Group’s consolidated financial reporting in line with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing timelines ;
  • Consolidate and analyze financial data reported by the various Group entities ;
  • Reconstruct and analyze key consolidated performance indicators (EBITDA, Group Net Income, Group Net Debt, Cash Flow from Operations) ;
  • Analyze the consolidated cash flow statement and ensure the consistency of financial information produced ;
  • Prepare governance and management materials (Board of Directors, Committees, Business Reviews) ;
  • Participate in financial closing processes and ensure compliance with IFRS standards and regulatory requirements ;
  • Lead adaptations and enhancements of Group reporting to support management needs and organizational transformations ;
  • Coordinate with accounting, consolidation, and controlling teams across different entities.
