About The Position

This position involves knowledge of credentialing, licensing, and provider enrollment processes. Group Operations Liaison is a critically important role. It is highly strategic and facilitative one that requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active role in the acquisition, integration, and development of new physician practices. The role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and strong analytical skills. PIH Health is a nonprofit, regional healthcare network that serves approximately 3 million residents in the Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Gabriel Valley region. Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Medical Group Operations
• Ability to understand the healthcare landscape and recommend operational improvement strategies
• Highly-developed communications skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal savvy
• Results/action-orientation; project management skills
• Organizational and political agility; developed negotiation skills
• Unquestionable personal code of ethics, integrity, diversity and trust
• Able to successfully navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
