ServiceTitan is seeking a hands-on Group Manager, Product Design for their Back office team. This role is central to the Experience Design (XD) team's mission of solving real-world problems in the home services industry through innovative and delightful technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about bringing innovative solutions to traditional problems and workflows, working closely with product managers, engineers, product marketers, and users. The team embraces agile development and design thinking, shipping new features monthly and measuring success by customer success. The Group Manager will lead design projects, build standards and processes, contribute to product strategy, and leverage AI tools for prototyping and exploration. They will partner effectively with global teams, fostering a collaborative and low-ego working style, and own key UX artifacts while driving accessibility through inclusive design.
