About The Position
Responsible for supervising and guiding children and adolescents for our JCC/Compass programs. You should be familiar with all JCC programs, embrace the agency’s mission, have excellent communication skills and experience working with youth.
Requirements
- Experience working with youth
- Organized and exhibit follow through on tasks and goals
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities
- Assisting the activities specialist/teacher of the activity you are given for the hour
- Assisting the children of your assigned group with their snack
- Attendance of participants in your group
- Overall supervision of children in their group
- Assisting with Homework help
- Facilitating certain activities such as plays, talent shows, games etc.
- Following all health department/DOE guidelines
