Requirements

• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• At least one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, logistics environment, facility maintenance/management, retail supervision or food service/restaurant supervision required.

Nice To Haves

• Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement are desired.
• Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the critical process cleaning team in a manufacturing plant.
• Manage the safety, quality, and delivery of task work using the company's systems.
• Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for safer, easier, and faster work processes.
• Embrace the team, solicit their contributions, and deliver timely solutions for both the team and clients.
