About The Position

Excel Creative Early Learning, part of Early Learning Academies (ELA), is hiring a full-time School Age Group Lead Teacher/Driver. The role contributes to a welcoming, caring environment for children and families. Applicants should be 23 years old, have a high school diploma, and have previous experience working with school-aged children. Completion of the BSAC (Basic School Age Care Course) is an advantage; candidates who have not completed it may be considered if they are willing to complete the course. The company offers paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to develop skills and pursue internal advancement. Pay is $12–$14.50 USD, based on experience and education. Benefits are subject to eligibility and plan terms.

Requirements

• Be 23 years old.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have previous experience working with school-aged children.
• Be willing to complete the BSAC (Basic School Age Care Course) if it has not already been completed.
