About The Position
Chrysalis is hiring full-time or part-time, entry-level Group-Home Staff to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living self-directed, meaningful lives as independently as possible. Swing and graveyard shifts are available. The position starts at $14.50–$15.50 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time employees are offered health insurance, flexibility, and a rewarding work experience.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities; training is available.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily living and independent-living activities.
- Participate in fun activities with individuals.
- Help individuals with budgeting.
- Prepare meals.
- Help individuals try new things.
- Assist with shopping.
- Mentor individuals as they learn new skills.
