About The Position

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role is for a Part Time Evenings Caregiver starting pay at $20.83 per hour. The schedule includes Every Wednesday 4:00pm - 8:00pm, Every Thursday 4:00pm - 8:00pm, Every Friday 4:00pm - 8:00pm and Every Other Saturday and Sunday 8:00am - 10:00pm. Prior experience working with individuals with high medical needs in a group home setting is required. This position requires someone who has a valid Driver's License for at least 1 year after permit period and a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets Sevita's insurability policy. Requirements

  • Prior experience working with individuals with high medical needs in a group home setting is required.
  • Valid Driver's License for at least 1 year after permit period
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets Sevita's insurability policy.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
