About The Position

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves supporting individuals with their personal hygiene and assisting those who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management skills
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible behaviors
• Valid Driver's license held for at least one year (post-permit)
• Clean motor vehicle record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy
• Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
