About The Position

Responsible for providing professional instruction for a variety of group fitness classes at The Pointe at Ballwin Commons. The instructor must maintain the professional certification and/or education and experience necessary for the role and be familiar with Pointe policies and procedures concerning class admittance.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must hold an approved group fitness instructor certification and/or have relevant education and experience.
• Must have current CPR certification.
• Ability to work with the general public professionally.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other staff members.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently without routine supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work with the public in a professional manner.
• Work with Pointe staff in a professional manner.
• Enforce building, fitness area, and class policies.
• Help keep the group fitness room and storage areas clean and organized.
