About The Position

SAGE Counseling is hiring full-time clinicians to provide outpatient counseling services to clients through group or individual counseling. Treatment programs serve criminal offenders and use an overall clinical approach grounded in evidence-based standards. Clinicians facilitate 10–12 therapeutic groups weekly on varied topics, including Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), and work with adult sexual offenders and others involved in the criminal justice system. Roles are available across the Phoenix metro area, including the West Valley, Central Phoenix, and Northeast Phoenix. Clinicians are assigned to an Arizona office location closest to home, and all equipment is provided. Schedules include Monday through Friday or four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; other shift options are available. Compensation is up to $60,000 for unlicensed clinicians, $62,700 for associate licensed clinicians, and $64,700 for independently licensed clinicians.

Requirements

A master’s degree in a behavioral health-related field.
Behavioral health licensure is a plus but is not required.

Nice To Haves

Training in Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT).
Experience working with adult sexual offenders.
Bilingual Spanish skills.
Group facilitation experience.

Responsibilities

Provide 10–12 therapeutic counseling groups weekly on a variety of topics, including MRT.
Provide group or individual counseling sessions to support SAGE clients.
Maintain clinical documentation within 24 hours of services provided.
Attend supervision, team meetings, and trainings as assigned.
