About The Position

This role is responsible for scheduling live and virtual group exercise programming in assigned Club locations. The Group Exercise Manager will also handle payroll, promote classes and launches, conduct instructor evaluations, and ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of the fitness room. A positive attitude and adherence to company policies regarding social media and conduct are expected.

Requirements

At least one year of instructor experience.
Hold or be willing to hold a Les Mills certification.
Be willing to go through small group training.
Knowledge of all Les Mills programs.
Certified and experienced in teaching at least one Les Mills format.
Ability/knowledge to guide an instructor through the certification process.
Working knowledge of all group exercise equipment (including stereo, microphone, virtual).
Positive attitude and CLUB4 Fitness pride.
No negative (or questionable) social media posts or pictures in a CLUB4 Fitness facility.
No inappropriate attire or verbiage.
Must sign non-complete contract.
Must work specifically designated hours weekly/monthly in the Club facility that does not include teaching classes.
Work times must vary throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Scheduling live and virtual group exercise programming in assigned Club locations.
Managing payroll for instructors.
Promoting classes and launches through social media, flyers, and member interaction.
Conducting yearly evaluations for instructors.
Attending and participating in program launches.
Coordinating and attending launch practices.
Creating monthly schedules.
Maintaining and monitoring fitness room cleanliness.
Ensuring adherence to instructor guide/policy procedures.
Monitoring absentees and enforcing the 'no drama rule'.
Working with all group exercise equipment, including stereo, microphone, and virtual systems.
