About The Position
The Frank & Shirley Dick YMCA is seeking a Part-Time Group Exercise Instructor to lead energizing exercise classes. This role offers the opportunity to help participants achieve their health goals in a dynamic and supportive environment. The instructor will be paid a competitive rate of $15-$20 per class.
Requirements
- Solid foundation in physical fitness, exercise science, and various exercise techniques.
- Strong group leadership skills.
- Experience in the specific fitness program you'll be teaching.
- Current certification or willingness to obtain one.
Responsibilities
- Lead dynamic exercise classes following the guidelines of the YMCA Foundations of Group Exercise Instructor training.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants throughout the class.
