Requirements

Available to work evening and daytime shifts
Proven experience in leading group exercise classes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to motivate and engage diverse groups of participants
Knowledge of fitness equipment and safety protocols
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals

Nice To Haves

Certification in group fitness instruction preferred

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and lead land and aquatic group exercise classes such as yoga, Zumba, strength training, and kickboxing
Develop innovative and inclusive workout routines tailored to different fitness levels and interests
Motivate and encourage participants to maintain consistent attendance and achieve personal fitness goals
Ensure all classes are conducted safely, adhering to health and safety standards
Maintain equipment and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the exercise area
Monitor participant progress and provide guidance or modifications as needed
Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications
