A Group Assistant provides general administrative support to an assigned working group. This position supports the Contemporary Music team and is based in person at THE·TEAM’s Los Angeles, California office. The base salary is $46,500, with bonus potential if applicable. Actual compensation depends on factors including market dynamics, location, experience, specialized skills or training, level of responsibility, budget considerations, and tenure for current employees. Responsibilities
- Request, record, and report ticket counts for confirmed events.
- Track unpaid deposits and liaise with the accounting team to ensure funds are received and allocated on time.
- Track unreturned contracts and follow up to obtain signed contracts.
- Enter offers and related show details into the booking system.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
