Requirements

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of best-in-class social media and influencer marketing, including competitors and emerging trends that may inform the work.
  • Build strong relationships with senior clients, having the ability to have tough conversations, while ensuring the health of the account is strong.

Responsibilities

  • Stays informed and shares industry and cultural trends and technological advances that may help inform the work.
  • Bring thought leadership to consult on complex issues and identify innovative solutions.
  • Ability to navigate the complexity of the social ecosystem to make recommendations on an ongoing basis for our clients that leverage paid, owned and earned opportunities.
  • Ensures best practices are applied across disciplines.
  • Ensures strategic alignment across all channels and teams for a fully integrated approach.
  • Provide high level strategic counsel to all clients and prospects.
  • Reinforce understanding of client’s business and uncovering of motivations/needs.
  • Leads the development and execution of influencer strategy work.
  • Oversees the activation of all influencer and talent partnerships ensuring timeliness, quality and effectiveness.
  • Command complete ownership and accountability for assigned lines of business and relationships with clients and agency team at all levels.
  • Develops critical relationship with talent agencies, talent managers and up and coming talent.
  • Identifies unique and innovative models to navigate influencer partnerships; additionally, identifies tools and technology (including partners & AI) that will elevate and expedite the work.
  • Encourage a positive, professional environment that supports the clients, management, talent, teammates and the work.
  • Sets a standard of excellence through coaching and mentorship that develops strong, motivated internal teams.
  • Spot challenges in the distance and know when to bring in agency leadership and offer solutions to help them troubleshoot.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of best-in-class social media and influencer marketing, including competitors and emerging trends that may inform the work.

  • Identify opportunities and grow billings within assigned lines of business, and seek opportunities to deliver break-through work that’s on-brand and on strategy.
  • Ensure successful financial operations across assigned lines of business adhering to the Scope of Work.
  • Inspire new products, new services and new ways of doing business.
  • Provide thought leadership to ultimately inspire new products, new services and new ways of doing business.
  • Ability to strategically identify and persuasively sell in incremental solutions/capabilities to drive organic growth.
  • Responsible for account/project profitability.
  • Assist new business pitches, as appropriate.
  • Demonstrate strong supervisory, delegation, and escalation judgement skills.
  • Keep teams performing at their peak.
  • Provide input for team members’ performance reviews, coaching to maximize success.
  • Conduct performance review for direct reports.
  • Provide ongoing, real-time, performance feedback to ensure continued team growth.
  • Ensure team members have training and support needed to achieve development goals.
