We’re searching for a Group Account Director, you will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of integrated marketing and brand-to-demand strategies. You’ll be empathic and driven to engage with the challenges and opportunities facing our clients, and constantly curious about best practices and trends across marketing, communications, and customer engagement. You will have strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; courage in the face of challenge; and a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients from the C-Suite level down, stakeholders, and teammates. You will be responsible for developing and mentoring your team, while promoting an integrated, accountable, and collaborative culture.
