The Kitchen is the in-house agency for Kraft Heinz, based in Toronto & Chicago. It is built to evolve iconic brands through culture, creativity, and collaboration. The team of 120+ creatives, strategists, accounts, producers, designers, and content creators works directly with brand partners to deliver breakthrough ideas at the speed of culture. As a Group Account Director, you will be a senior leader responsible for driving the strategic, creative, and relational success of your teams. You will lead a team of Account Directors, Supervisors, and Executives, reporting directly to the Head of Accounts. This role involves being a trusted partner to internal teams and Kraft Heinz brand leadership, shaping work from the start, guiding teams through ambiguity, and ensuring deliverables meet business goals and resonate creatively. You will champion the brand's voice, push for bold thinking, and own relationships across the Integrated Agency Team (IAT), including PR, Brand Comms, and external agency partners. Collaboration with Strategy, Creative, and Production leads is key to aligning vision, streamlining execution, and unlocking big ideas for both fast-turn and long-lead campaigns. The ideal candidate will have fluency across media channels, especially digital and social, with strong instincts for impact and a calm, confident presence.
