The Group Account Supervisor will lead the day-to-day client relationship, ensuring agency work aligns with brand strategy, client objectives, and agreed-upon quality, budget, and timeline standards. This role involves partnering closely with Medical and Creative leadership to provide proactive strategic guidance and drive account growth, as well as maintaining strong fiscal oversight, including scope management, staffing alignment, and budget accountability. The supervisor will serve as a trusted client advisor, anticipating needs and identifying opportunities to deepen and expand the relationship, and will mentor and develop Account team members through ongoing coaching, feedback, and structured professional development plans. They will also support a high-performance, collaborative team culture rooted in accountability and growth.
