The Sales Manager (SM) role is responsible for executing the hotel's sales strategy, as defined by the Director of Sales, to achieve occupancy, average daily rate, and market share goals. This involves creating and implementing specific account and/or segment-based sales strategies and tactical plans, monitoring production results, and adjusting to market conditions. The SM will collaborate with the DOS and Regional leadership to identify extended stay strategies and tactics to drive revenue according to the hotel’s seasonal demand.
