As a Group Account Director, you are a senior leader responsible for driving the strategic, creative, and relational success of your teams. You lead a team of Account Directors, Supervisors, and Executives, and report directly to the Head of Accounts, with the full support of Kitchen’s leadership team. You are a trusted partner to both internal teams and Kraft Heinz brand leadership. You help shape the work from the start, guiding teams through ambiguity and ensuring every deliverable not only meets business goals but also resonates creatively. You champion the voice of the brand, while pushing for bold, breakthrough thinking. You’ll own relationships across the IAT, including PR, Brand Comms, and external agency partners, ensuring cross-functional alignment and collaboration. You work closely with Strategy, Creative, and Production leads to align on vision, streamline execution, and unlock big ideas—whether they’re fast-turn or long-lead campaigns. With fluency across media channels (especially digital and social), you bring strong instincts for what will make an impact and a calm, confident presence that inspires your team and clients alike.
