About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Groundsperson to maintain and generally upkeep the property grounds at Christmas Mountain Village Resort, a Hilton Vacation Club in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. The work includes basic landscaping and maintaining general cleanliness. The role is full-time, with a schedule of 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, including weekends and holidays. Training is provided for the grounds or general labor experience requirement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 months of grounds or general labor experience; training is provided.
• Ability to push or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Flexibility to work varied days and shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and special general labor assignments as advised.
• Maintain property grounds, including basic landscaping and overall cleanliness.
• Transport tools, materials, and supplies as required.
• Remove and reinstall trash dumpsters.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the leader.
