About The Position

Sares Regis Group is seeking a Groundskeeper for Skyline Trinity, a 258-unit community in Dallas, Texas. The role supports the property by performing general housekeeping and grounds clean-up duties and helping keep outdoor areas safe and presentable. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Weekend or overtime work may be required if approved. Salary is $18.00 per hour. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background screen and drug test.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• At least two months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to lift heavy items.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to understand cleaning solution or equipment labels and use them as instructed.
• Ability to apply common sense in safety matters and understand simple instructions.
• Availability to work weekends and/or overtime if approved and required.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and perform general housekeeping and grounds clean-up duties.
• Keep sidewalks clear of trash, debris, snow, and ice.
• Report potential safety risks or repair concerns to the supervisor.
