As a groundskeeper: · You will be responsible for the upkeep and appearance of our manufacturing facility. · You will perform tasks such as mowing, trimming, fertilizing, mulching, and other landscaping. · You will also remove trash, debris, snow, and ice from the grounds and parking lots. · You will paint and power wash the buildings and signage as necessary. · You will operate and maintain various tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, shovels, rakes, and other powered equipment. · You will follow safety procedures and report any hazards or damages to the supervisor. · You will work independently or as part of a team, depending on the needs of the day.

Requirements

You have at least one year of experience in groundskeeping or landscaping.
You have the physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
You have the knowledge of basic gardening and landscaping practices and techniques.
You have the skills to operate and maintain various tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
You have the attitude to work hard, be reliable, and take pride in your work.

Responsibilities
