About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining the appearance and operational standards of the community grounds and common areas. The Groundskeeper will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the community meets high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal. Requirements

Must be willing to learn and assist with basic maintenance responsibilities.
Must be willing to participate in the rotating on-call schedule and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor in completing tasks that ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards.
Responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
Assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-in by new residents.
Assist in completing resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Participate in the rotating on-call schedule and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as requested.
Be willing to learn and assist with basic maintenance responsibilities.
