About The Position

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas. This role involves working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards. The position also includes assisting in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-in and completing resident service requests. A key aspect of the role is participating in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies. Responsibilities

Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor in completing tasks that ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards.
Responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
Assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-in by new residents and in completing resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Participate in the rotating on-call schedule and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as requested.
