About The Position

The Groundskeeper maintains the grounds of the resort while providing a safe and clean environment for our guests and Owners.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum of 1-year groundskeeping experience or related field
• Valid Driver license
• Proficient in using manual and power hand tools
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and follows laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Maintains the landscaping of the resort
• Maintains lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and irrigation to include trimming, fertilizing, etc.
• Operates and maintains hand tools efficiently
• Keeps grounds free from trash, litter, debris
• Empties all trash receptacles
• Conducts basic irrigation audits and preforms basic irrigation repairs
• Removes snow utilizing shovel or snowblower
• Assists with any maintenance task as needed
• All other duties as requested
