About The Position
Essential Duties Assist with general maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and minor repairs Help maintain the landscaping by mowing, trimming, and watering plants Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance needs Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment for events and activities Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors Court Maintenance including Blowing Off Debris from Tennis Courts Picking up Trash around the Grounds Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed Performs other duties as required, basic knowledge of power tool use. Regular and Reliable Attendance
Requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance or landscaping is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
