About The Position
AMLI Residential is hiring a Groundskeeper for its luxury apartment community in Miami. The role works a day-shift schedule of 40 hours per week, with no night shifts, and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of the property. The position includes caring for common areas, outdoor spaces, vacant units, shared facilities, and the swimming pool.
Requirements
- At least one year of custodial or cleaning experience.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, amenities, and outdoor spaces daily, including raking, sweeping, and shoveling as needed.
- Inspect and replace exterior lighting as necessary.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring they are fresh and odor-free.
- Regularly clean the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry rooms, and other shared spaces.
- Maintain the swimming pool, equipment, and water quality to ensure safety and cleanliness.
