About The Position
AMLI Residential is hiring a Groundskeeper for a luxury apartment community in Miami. The position has a stable day-shift schedule of 40 hours per week, with no nights. The Groundskeeper helps maintain the property’s cleanliness, appearance, and safety, including its common areas, amenities, outdoor spaces, vacant units, and swimming pool.
Requirements
- At least one year of custodial or cleaning experience.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Self-motivated, attentive to detail, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, amenities, and outdoor spaces daily, including raking, sweeping, and shoveling as needed.
- Inspect and replace exterior lighting as necessary.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring they are fresh and odor-free.
- Regularly clean the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry rooms, and other shared spaces.
- Maintain the swimming pool, equipment, and water quality to ensure safety and cleanliness.
