We are currently seeking a part-time groundskeeper to supplement the contracted grounds keeping by maintaining the property in a clean, safe, and attractive condition at all times. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bending, kneeling, stretching, climbing stairs and ladders, squatting, lifting up to sixty (60) pounds and lifting over sixty (60) pounds occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Facility Repairs for common areas
- Maintain property safety and Inspections
- Maintain exterior property appeal
- Assist with resident communication for customer experience
- Other duties as assigned
