Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to bend, kneel, stretch, climb stairs and ladders, and squat.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and occasionally lift more than 60 pounds.

• Maintain property safety and conduct inspections.
• Maintain the exterior property’s appeal.
• Assist with resident communication to support the customer experience.
