About The Position

Sinatra and Co. is hiring a Groundskeeper to help maintain clean, safe, and attractive residential properties and management spaces. Responsibilities

Inspect the property each morning and pick up trash, debris, or feces on the grounds, including the property perimeter and potentially public property in front of the community.
Keep mailrooms clean by picking up trash, sweeping floors, and removing dated bulletin-board notices.
Replace light bulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed.
Replace first-floor window screens upon request.
Assist with apartment make-readies, including removing trash from vacant units, caulking, checking appliances and smoke detectors, and replacing parts.
Clean air-conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments.
Install, move, and hook up appliances.
Replace air filters in occupied apartments according to schedule.
Perform light painting duties as directed.
Conduct routine property inspections and maintain clean, safe, and attractive interior and exterior spaces.
Perform seasonal groundskeeping, including snow removal, landscaping upkeep, and outdoor maintenance as needed.
Assist the Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician as requested.
