About The Position

The Groundskeeper works on the Facilities & Maintenance team at a luxury apartment community, helping maintain clean, attractive grounds and common areas and supporting the resident and community experience. The role includes landscaping and upkeep tasks, daily pool preparation during the season, and attending scheduled shifts at an assigned location.

Requirements

• High school degree.
• Previous maintenance, grounds, or landscaping work experience.
• Ability to operate and maintain tools and equipment while adhering to required safety standards.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Ability to operate company equipment, including golf carts and maintenance vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Remove debris from the clubhouse, pool, fitness center, driveways, and other common residential areas.
• Perform landscaping tasks such as tending green spaces, weeding, mulching, and maintaining landscaping beds.
• Sweep and power wash stairwells and other common areas.
• Shovel snow from walkways during inclement weather.
• Maintain pet waste stations and perform pet waste removal.
• Remove or compact trash as needed.
• Open the pool daily and arrange pool furniture properly during the season.
• Attend scheduled work shifts daily at an assigned location.
