About The Position

The Groundskeeper performs general groundskeeping work to maintain facility grounds, including garages, walkways, parking lots, and roads. The role may assist with exterior lighting maintenance, provide routine support to higher-level staff, and perform related tasks. The Groundskeeper cleans and maintains exterior areas, power washes assigned areas such as patios and sidewalks, and removes and treats snow and ice when needed. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Have a minimum of two years of experience in groundskeeping, exterior cleaning, and/or maintenance.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, and Word.
Be able to read and write in English and have good verbal communication skills.
Have basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, fractions, decimals, and percentages.
Be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Possess a valid driver’s license for the state of residence; the position is subject to pre-employment background screening and periodic driving-record checks.
Be physically mobile, with reasonable accommodations, and able to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds, as well as reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance in varying work areas, including confined spaces.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of building management systems is strongly preferred.
