About The Position

We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 355-unit Class A apartment community in Sandy Springs, Georgia! Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. If you enjoy working outside and have an eye for detail, we would love to meet you! This is a great opportunity to learn about both maintenance and repairs in the thriving apartment industry!

Requirements

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Availability to work two Sundays (half-days) a month

Responsibilities

• Walking the property grounds and common areas
• Picking up trash and debris
• Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.
