Porter/Groundskeeper
About The Position
This is a full-time Porter/Groundskeeper position at The Lodge at Shavano Park, a Management Support property with 370 apartment units located at 3838 Lockhill-Selma Rd. San Antonio, TX 78230. Management Support (MS) manages its own luxury Class A and B+ multifamily apartments, currently overseeing about 13,500 Class A units within 36 properties. The company is dedicated to providing residents an outstanding living experience with the highest level of resident service and no deferred maintenance. They are seeking organized and responsible individuals who take pride in their work and are looking for stability with other dedicated employees.
Requirements
- Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs
- Understand company policies
