As a Groundskeeper at Homecoming at Terra Vista, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, safety, and other aspects of the community. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellent service will help create a welcoming environment for residents and guests alike.

Requirements

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor in all weather conditions
• Must be available to work weekends (days off: Thursday and Friday)
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Previous groundskeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds including walkways, parking lots, and common areas
• Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, blowing, pressure washing, and trash removal
• Clean outdoor furniture, fixtures, and assigned maintenance areas
• Report any safety concerns or maintenance needs to the appropriate team members
• Provide courteous, helpful customer service to residents and guests
• Support the maintenance team with additional tasks as needed
