Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in maintenance or a similar field (residential community experience preferred)
- Experience or training in plumbing, electrical, and general apartment maintenance
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for solving problems effectively
Nice To Haves
- CFC & HVAC certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Overseeing apartment work orders and turnovers to prepare units for new residents
- Conducting repairs and maintenance on appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Maintaining common areas and property buildings to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Performing preventative maintenance to ensure everything functions properly and stays in top condition
- Providing excellent customer service to residents and addressing maintenance requests with a positive attitude
- Managing daily checklists, occasional tasks, and troubleshooting unexpected issues, making each day unique and engaging
